Please consider joining with other churches working together in cooperative evangelism, investing time and resources into changed lives. By supporting a joint Christian witness in our secular culture, we can set the table for authentic life models in our communities and in our churches.

It is important that you participate. As a pastor-leader, your influence will help us work together across the divisions that have kept us apart in the past. Becoming a supporting church will give impetus and direction to the planning and execution of coming evangelism opportunities in Chicago and the world.

Not the ‘revivalism’ of the past, but rather becoming ‘bold for evangelism,’ by making witness part of our everyday lives. Support from pastors is critical to evangelistic efforts outside of the church. Over the past years, many have prayed and given consideration to cooperative initiatives and to getting churches to work together. Now, it is time to move forward.

Prayer in the marketplace that is supported by pastors in the churches will allows us to seek the direction of God and help us discover what He is already doing in our city. We are exploring other outreach models to capture the attention of young people through the Internet and by social interaction. We are morphing into a media driven, sound bite and texting culture, radically changed by wireless devices we can only begin to imagine today. Print will be a relic of the past as traditional media fade in the spotlight of the digital age.
